Pro Shooting Academy [June 11-12, 2025]

The Pro Shooting Academy will offer two sessions in 2025. Our Baltimore session will be led by Virginia attackman McCabe Millon, while our New Jersey session will be led by Syracuse attackman Joey Spallina. PLL Hall of Famer Mark Millon will oversee both locations as well. The PSA is designed for highly-skilled offensive players who are hungry, dedicated, and willing to work hard to transform themselves into elite-level shooters and elevate their game. Defensemen or LSMs interested in dialing in their skills to be a threat in transition are also welcome!

Our Baltimore session will be held at the Park School of Baltimore on June 11th and 12th, 2025. Camp will run from 9 am to 2 pm on Wednesday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Thursday with a lunch break in between sessions (9 hours total). Our New Jersey session will run from 9 am to 3 pm at the Capelli Sports Complex in Tinton Falls, NJ (6 hours total) on July 8th. Both camps will follow the exact same curriculum covering everything it takes to become a great goal scorer. We will use advanced teaching methods and video analysis to study and improve release patterns, catching, body mechanics, and technique. In addition to mechanics, the coaches will share their favorite drills and cover in detail some of the mental aspects of shooting.
